The conference activities will take place in the Sheffield School of Architecture facilities in the Arts Tower, other nearby University of Sheffield buildings and selected locations in Sheffield city centre.
Sheffield is easily accessible by train and coach from cities across Britain, including London, Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Newcastle, Nottingham and Plymouth. Direct trains are available to/from Manchester Airport, and direct coaches are available to/from London Gatwick and London Heathrow airports.
Please be aware that due to scheduled track renewals and unrelated emergency engineering word, there is currently no direct tram service between the railway station and the University of Sheffield.
Taxis are available from Sheffield railway station, and take approximately 15 minutes to reach the campus.
Alternatively, delegates may walk from the railway station to the university. The distance is approximately 1.5 miles, and passes directly through the city centre. Use the postcode S10 2TN to locate the Arts Tower on GPS and smartphones, or follow these walking directions.
On street car parking near the University is very limited.
